To delete your account and the associated data, please send an email with your account information. We will process your request manually.
Use the same address you registered with Veleiro (email/password or your linked Google account). This allows us to confirm that the order is yours.
Write to deivison.sporteman@gmail.com requesting that the account be deleted.
In the body of the email, please include at least the following:
Subject: Account Deletion — Veleiro Hello, I would like to request the deletion of my Veleiro account. Account email: [your email] Boat name (if known): [e.g., Therezinha] Thank you.
Once we have received and verified your request, your account and associated data (profile, progress, and linked race records) will be deleted. You will receive a confirmation email.
Important: The suspension is permanent. Miles, boat name, saved progress, and race history associated with the account will be removed and cannot be recovered.
If you only play as a guest, there is no cloud account to delete. Just clear the website/app data in your browser or in your device's settings to delete your local progress.
